Step 1.
In case you are not able to access the On-Demand service, then make sure that you have a subscription of it. For this, switch to the channel number 1 and if you are able to see the Comcast's On Demand menu, you have the subscription.

Further, if you are not able to access the Comcast On Demand, then sign in to your Comcast Digital Cable. It will not work with your regular Comcast Internet or cable TV service. You need to visit the official website for Comcast Products and their Prices to sign in.
Step 2.
In case you are not easily able to find the On-Demand programming, press the “On Demand” button given on your cable remote. Go through the menu.

For instance, if you are looking for an On-Demand program for HBO, then go to the On-Demand menu and select the “Premium Channels”, then select “HBO On Demand”. After that, select the program and series that you would like to see.


Step 3.
Come out of Comcast On Demand in case you attempt to access the On Demand and a black welcome screen is displayed and you can listen to the audio, however, the picture does not appear. Enter “On Demand” again.
Step 4.
In case the problem of the black screen still continues, then press “001” using your Comcast cable remote. On Demand must appear then.
